REFORMING
CRIMINAL JUSTICE
I've spent 45+ years working in law enforcement, and I'll prioritize criminal justice reform on Day 1. There are so many areas we can improve on, from sentencing reform to helping those who finished their prison time reorient into society with a meaningful job, as well as getting tougher on career criminals. I will use my experience to help improve our criminal justice laws.
PRIORITIZE A STRONG EDUCATION
Our education system should always be a top priority as we invest in future generations of Oklahomans to grow our economy. I will be an ally for teachers to ensure funds are being properly allocated to classrooms. It's our responsibility to ensure proper funding and make sure each dollar we allocate is being maximized to equip our kids for the rapidly-changing 21st-century economy.
STAND UP FOR
OUR VETERANS
Our veterans deserve access to our nation's best healthcare and benefits, but sadly, many of our veterans are not treated this way. Having helped dozens of my veteran friends with VA issues, I can tell you, we have much more work to do. I will work to be an ally for veterans and work to honor them with the improved services and programs that we can all be proud of.
WHY I'M RUNNING
MEET MAJOR COY JENKINS

Coy Jenkins is a proud lifelong Republican and a 45+ year law enforcement professional running to serve as State Senator for District 2, representing Rogers and Mayes counties. Coy and his wife Marti reside in Claremore, where they are raising their son, Chet. As a Major in the Rogers County Sheriff's Office, Coy manages a staff of 60 employees and oversees volunteer outreach programs. Those who know Coy know he has a true heart for service. Coy is an Eagle Scout and volunteers as an assistant scoutmaster for his church's Boy Scouts troop. Coy also serves as a camp counselor and mentor for New Day Camp, a program for teenagers with one or both parents incarcerated in state prisons. Coy and his wife are very active in their church, Claremore First United Methodist, and believe faith inspires our principles and call to serve others.
"I'm not a politician – I’m a problem solver and a compassionate conservative. I'll lead by example, protect our God-given liberties, and do what's right for every citizen of District 2."
